Refund and cancellation policy

Cancelling a subscription

Cancel from your account whenever you like. Cancellation applies at the end of the period you have already paid for — we do not cut access off mid-period and there is no cancellation fee. Content you have generated stays available for export after cancellation.

When we refund

• First payment, within 14 days. Full refund, no reason needed, provided you have used no more than a fifth of the plan's token allowance. The proviso exists because every generation costs us a real payment to an AI provider — it is not a restocking fee.
• A fault on our side. If the service was unusable for a material part of a period because of us, we refund or credit that period. You do not need to have filed a ticket at the time, though it helps us confirm.
• Duplicate or mistaken charge. Refunded in full, immediately, as soon as we can see it.
• An unexpected renewal. Not automatically refundable — you can cancel before a period starts, and we send a reminder first. But if the period is largely unused, ask; we would rather resolve it than argue.

When we do not refund

• Tokens already consumed by generation.
• Token packs that have been substantially used.
• Charges you incurred directly with your own AI provider under your own key — that provider bills you, not us.
• Accounts suspended for breaching the acceptable-use section of our terms.
• Dissatisfaction with the creative quality of generated output, where the service worked as described. Generation is probabilistic; try a different prompt, and tell us what fell short so we can improve the model routing.

How to request one

Email [email protected] with your account email and the invoice reference. We reply within one business day. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank sets the settlement time, typically 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please ask us first. A chargeback freezes the account while the bank investigates, which usually costs you more time than it costs us, and the result is normally the refund we would have issued anyway.
